Dr. Feager A. Pertilla is a consultant to Christian Schools; conducts teacher workshops and seminars as well as mentors for teachers and students. She is a stellar educator and committed to Youth and Education. She is a dedicated, loyal, and committed woman of God. Dr. Pertilla is forthright in her conversation and stands for truth. Her passion has lead her to start this company, Challenging Opportunities Enterprises, and with over 30 years of experience in education, she has the knowledge and skills to make a difference!
